At Subie Engine Assist, every engine we receive goes through a meticulous and transparent reconditioning process to ensure reliability, performance, and peace of mind. Here’s what you can expect:

Complete disassembly and inspection – Every engine is fully dismantled, and we provide a detailed report on any damaged or worn components.
Engine block machining – Precisely re-machined to match new pistons and rings for optimal compression and performance.
Component restoration or replacement – All major components are either re-machined to spec or replaced with new parts.
Fully reconditioned cylinder heads – Ensuring proper sealing, combustion, and efficiency.
New water pump installation – For timing belt-driven engines only, enhancing cooling system reliability.
Timing belt replacement – Fitted with brand-new bearings and tensioners to prevent future issues.
Crankshaft re-machined – Matched to new bearings for smooth, efficient operation.
